NIGC BEAUTIFICATION AWARD:

Rarely do we repeat the honoring of a garden for a Beautification Award. Sonja and Patrick Seaver's lovely Spanish Revival home at 5925 The Toledo is an exception. This 1933 home on three lots is a treasure. The front garden is planted with a colorful variety of succulents which delight the passers by. The side garden (on the third lot) is a complete surprise with its various vegetable and herb plots, trees and an intriguing foot reflexology path of stones encircling a fountain.
