The Naples Islands Garden Club proudly celebrates our many achievements. As a blue ribbon California Garden Club member, we're honored by our state, regional, and national accolades, reflecting our passion for creating vibrant, beautiful spaces in Long Beach.
The Naples Islands Garden Club of Long Beach has a proud tradition of earning awards for its outstanding community projects and commitment to horticultural excellence. The club’s efforts in enhancing local landscapes and promoting conservation have been recognized at state, regional, and national levels, reflecting the dedication and teamwork of its members.
Highlights include a 2013 fountain redesign that won three Blue Ribbons for historic preservation, civic landscaping, and conservation, as well as a major school project during the COVID-19 pandemic that earned accolades from California, Pacific Region, and National Garden Clubs. In 2024, the club’s creative entry in the Boat Parade secured a National Garden Club award, showcasing its innovative spirit as well as winning the 2024 Yearbook Awards - First in California and First in the Pacific Region. Consistent recognition for programming, photography, and detailed yearbooks further underscores the club’s ongoing commitment to excellence.
