Trish had the pleasure of photographing a perfect little hummingbird nest camouflaged in a tree in Nancy Pinckert’s garden. It was captivating to view at almost eye level, the intricately finished nest where the patient mother sat to hatch her eggs. Our very own Lynn Shober and hubby Martin are the grateful recipients of the Spring Beautification Award. Symmetry and color are the hallmarks of their beautiful gardens. What a lovely event celebrating being together for the first time in over a year! It was a glorious day with sunshine, blue sky, and eighty-six members in attendance under umbrellas overlooking the Old Ranch golf club’s manicured greenery and lake.
