Karie Reynolds, a former Naples resident, presented an overview of what it takes to build a float for the Rose Parade. She currently serves as the Publicity Chair for the city of South Pasadena Tournament of Roses Committee. South Pasadena has one of the six self-built floats that is built entirely by volunteers and funded through donations.
