Red Apron Ladies Hard at Work

Yesterday, February 16, 2021 the NIGC had two groups of the Red Apron Ladies meet at Naples Bayside Academy to do some gardening.

One group, Debbie, Linda, and Dawn met in the morning to specifically start to prepare some plots located on the side of the cafeteria for school planting projects. The plots had become overcome with weeds which were pulled and carted off to the school trash bins.

In the afternoon there were twelve Red Apron Ladies that met and worked on the front of the school. Weeds and dead leaves were pulled and bushes trimmed and pruned.
